Cynthia Duke works as a Systems Administrator in Cary, North Carolina where she specializes in consulting and providing technical support for Office365 and the Power Platform. She has a wide variety of technology solutions, coupled with aiding in on-site commercial photography. She is a native New Yorker and graduated from Alfred State SUNY College of Technology. She pursued additional course work and accreditation at both Wake Technical College & North Carolina State University.
Professionally, Cynthia has experience on three ERP implementations, supply chain management, application development and photography. She currently works for a Fortune 100 company and her past employers include, i.e.; toxicology research, university, telecommunications, healthcare, printing, software and R&D companies in the Cary, Raleigh and Research Triangle Park.
She is a former president and board member of the Triangle Chapter of the ISM, formerly known as the National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM). While serving as president her article “Communicating in a Virtual World” was published in the April 2001 NAPM edition of “Purchasing Today”.
Her article highlighted how to do business in the age of the digital world and the communication that supports it. She is also a published photographer.
She currently is consulting and developing in Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise and attends the local Triangle Chapter SharePoint Users Group. Her personally interests include; writing, international travel, photography, beach combing and the history of religion.
